Which means they learn on somebody's house. Ours train with the manufacturers, in person, on the products they install.
That training shows in the parts of the job you never see: acclimation, moisture testing, subfloor prep, and expansion gaps done to the manufacturer's spec. Get those right and the floor is still flat in year five.

Services
What we install

Carpet Power stretched, not kicked in, so it stays flat. Most homes in one day. Whole-house over 2,500 sq ft, two days. -
Hardwood Wood moves. We let it move before we nail it down, not after. Acclimation 3 to 5 days, then 2 to 4 days to install -
Luxury vinyl Waterproof on top. Only as good as the subfloor underneath. Most homes 1 to 3 days -
Tile A tile floor fails at the substrate, never at the tile. 2 to 4 days, plus grout cure before heavy use -
Epoxy If the prep is right, the coating lasts. If it is not, it peels. 2 to 3 days including cure. Vehicles back on in 3 to 5 days. -
Polished concrete A real polish is ground into the slab. It is not a coating. 3 to 5 days depending on square footage and grit sequence
Repairs
Most floor problems are repairable
Wrinkled carpet, cracked grout, lifting planks, scratched hardwood. Most of these are installation errors showing up years later, and most take hours to fix, not days.
How a job runs
Four steps, no surprises

We look at the subfloor
Before we quote anything we pull a corner, or check a vent, and see what is under there. Many bids skip this step. It is the one that decides whether the floor is still flat in year five.
- 02
You get a written number
Materials, labour, and prep, itemised. If the subfloor needs work we tell you what it costs before we start, not as a change order in week two.
- 03
We install it
Furniture moved by us. Old floor hauled out. Prep done properly, which is the slow part and the part nobody sees.

We walk it with you
Before we leave, we walk the job together in daylight. Anything you are not happy with gets fixed then, not after a phone call two weeks later.
